The "Un-upgradable" v12 Instance

An eCommerce client was stuck on Odoo 12 because their previous partner installed 40+ poorly written custom modules. The system crashed daily during peak traffic. We audited the instance, replaced 35 modules with standard Odoo 16 features, and successfully migrated their database in just 6 weeks with zero data loss.
